1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup marinara sauce
1 long Italian bread halved lengthwise
12 oz Italian style fully cooked breaded boneless chicken breasts (although you can use regular un-breaded boneless to cut fat)
4 oz mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Stir oregano in sauce. Place bottom of bread on baking sheed and spread with half of sauce. Arrange chicken over sauce and top with the rest of sauce. Place bread top cut side down next to sandwich. Bake until chicken is heated through (about 10 min). Remove and heat broiler. Arrange cheese over sauce and chicken. Broil 1-3 minutes (don't broil the other piece of bread). Enjoy!
