Pumpkin Dip

I made this for a work pot luck and it was a hit! I put some out with graham crackers and spread the rest in between two layers of pound cake. People were also spreading it on a pumpkin roll that someone else brought. Plus, it is just so easy!

PUMPKIN DIP

1 16 oz frozen Cool Whip
1 15 oz can of pumpkin
1 box of vanilla pudding
2 Tbs pumpkin pie seasoning

Mix all together and dip with cinnamon graham crackers!

Baked Buffalo Wings

Deon wanted me to make him something "footbally" for dinner. I made these and he gave them an 8 out of 10, saying BW3's were still better but these were damn good. Um, thanks honey. lmfao.

Oh, and lets add that they are baked so not so much fat, that's always a plus.

I got the recipe from recipezaar. Next time I think I might buy some sauces from BW3's :)

Oh, and interesting tidbit.... BW3's (now Buffalo Wild Wings) used to be called Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck, thus the reason for the 3 W's in the name. Weck is a type of bread. Just thought I'd share :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill a large pot half way with water and then add the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Bring water mixture and wings to a boil and then boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer wings to an oven safe container coated with cooking spray. Bake wings on "Broil" for 15 minutes on each side.(For crispier wings, cook longer on each side, maybe 20 minutes per side).
  4. While waiting for wings, combine the Hot Sauce and Margarine in a microwave safe container and cook in microwave for 2 minutes or until melted.
  5. When wings are done, shake 'em up with the sauce and enjoy!
