So, the flavor I bought was Firecracker Sesame Chicken. It had Breaded chicken, carrots, snap peas, lo-mein noodles and a sauce. The meal also comes with sesame seeds to sprinkle on and enjoy.
Compared to other skillet meals there were a bit more steps but nothing huge, it still only took about 10 minutes start to finish. But, I will say this meal had WAY more flavor than most I've tried. It was very good and spicy, which I like. Although, they do offer non spicy options if that's not your thing. It also got my husbands seal of approval.
The one bad thing I have to say is that there isn't a ton of food. If there are more than two people in your family this meal is not going to be enough. It says there are 2.5 servings but I think it's pushing it to serve 2, especially when a hungry husband is involved. The meal was too spicy to serve to my son so he ate something else. If I were to prepare this again I would serve it with a salad. If you buy the fajita variety I'd cook up some refried beans or something to make it a more filling meal.
This was the meat and veggies, before the addition of the defrosted noodles and sauce:
And, once the noodles and sauce are added. My portion was plenty for me, but my husband could have eaten more.
Once again, the flavor of this meal was really great but at $6.99 a meal, plus adding a side, it's not something that would fit in my $50 a week budget very often. If I come across a coupon I will most certainly buy it again. If you really are in a hurry and it's a choice between eating out and buying one of these though, I'd suggest you give one a try!

You're probably right about the Busy Mom search. I actually just bought the Chicken Fajita (I can't spell that word) meal tonight with a dollar off coupon I had. I thought it would be a good way to make taco salad or burritos to make it a meal for four.
