Yet another black bean recipe... :)
7 ounces of mashed black beans (1/2 a can)
2/3 cup salsa
Flour tortillas cut in half
Chicken (optional)
Sour Cream
Place tortillas on un-greased cookie sheet.
Mix beans and salsa. Spread bean mixture on tortilla halves. Top with chicken if desired and Monteray jack cheese. Top with remaining tortilla halves.
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
