Easy Stromboli

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed.
2 eggs, separated
2 T oil
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried parsley
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
4 oz pkg sliced pepperoni - I use turkey pepperoni. It's 70% less fat and tastes the same.
9 oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese - I use low fat, works fine in this recipe.
1 T grated Parmesan cheese

Roll out bread dough into a 12x15 inch rectangle; set aside. Combine egg yolks, oil and spices together; spread over dough. Arranged pepperoni, mozzarella cheese on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll up; place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with egg whites; bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. I cut this into strips the size of bread sticks and serve with marinara for dipping. Kids love to dip stuff :)

Makes 8 servings.

You can use other meats too, whatever sounds good :)
