Yes, I know it sounds disgusting. But, it's really just a fried egg sandwich. My Dad used to make them for us when we were little. SOOOO good and fun for kids :) This would be a good Halloween breakfast too.
What you need:
1 slice of bread
1 egg
butter
mustard (optional)
Butter both sides of your bread.
Then, find a small juice cup (a kids cup works well) and cut a small circle out of the center of your slices of bread.
Heat your pan and spray with non stick spray and put one slice of bread down. Then crack your egg into the hole. Cook on one side until your bread toasts and then flip it over and cook on the other side. Serve with mustard if you want.
Eat with a fork and enjoy!
