Great-Grandma's Quick Chocolate Mayonaise Cake

I acquired some recipes from my Grandmother a few weeks ago and recently gave this one a whirl. It is way too good and easy not to share. And, as a double bonus, if you happen to be pregnant there is no risk in eating this cake batter because there are no raw eggs! YUM.

2 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
4 T cocoa
1 1/2 tsp soda; 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C mayonnaise
1 C cold water
2 tsp vanilla.

Mix and stir just enough to mix well. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

If you want to add a bit more chocolate flavor, throw in a cup or so of mini chocolate chips :)
