Roast Beef Au Jus

My mother-in-law got this recipe from my brother-in-law who got it from a guy at work :) It is so easy and, despite the odd ingredients, is very tasty!!!

1 Roast - any type

1 jar pepperochini

1 packet dried au jus mix

Cook roast in crock pot or oven, which ever you prefer and then shred. Combine shredded beef, jar pepperochini with juice and the packet of Au jus in crock pot. Cook until hot. Serve on hoagie buns.

So good!
